Barefoot Luxury

Romance | Family | Friends | Solo | Foodies | Active | Spa&Wellness

As the only resort on the Laamu Atoll, the Six Senses Laamu enjoys a level of seclusion like no other. Get ready to embrace relaxed, barefoot, luxury as you spend your days sunbathing on soft white sands, snorkeling off the edge of your over-water villa, and scuba diving at the nearby sites. For the Surfers, Yin Yang is Maldives’ most famous surfing wave breaks just offshore. We absolutely love the vibe here, and we recommend you head to the Chill bar to grab a cold cocktail and listen to the resident DJ play relaxing beats as you relax from an ocean hammock.
What could be better than cocktails, music, and the setting sun? Free ice-cream! Six Senses Laamu dishes out free ice-cream on the daily, satisfying any sweet tooth cravings and leaving you happy and cool for the rest of the day. The entertainment continues into the evening too, and we highly recommend swinging by the Jungle Cinema and grabbing a bag of fresh popcorn as you settle in to watch a movie under the stars.

Revive and Rehydrate the skin with a soothing body treatment, our local inspired treatments "Laamu Kaashi Theyo". It begins with a coconut body scrub and cocoon followed by a relaxing massage with pure coconut oil to release tension from the upper back, shoulder and neck. Certainly a 'must try' while you are in Laamu.
